The contract works required are to removal of old end of life asbestos roof. To be replaced with new 0.55BMT corrugated iron roof. All insulations and internal ceiling linings to be replaced due to asbestos contamination. Full tent encapsulation of the roof of the building required for the removal of the asbestos. All tender documentation and necessary information attached. Contractors MUST visit site for tender to be compliant. Contact School Office to arrange a site visit. Refer to invite letter attached. Ideally dependent on MoE funding approval this work would start as soon as possible after confirmation provided, however this will be discussed with the successful contractor and school once funding approvals are confirmed.
