The contract works required entails supply and install of several electronic assist door opening units to existing double doors in the pathway of persons travelling around the school. Non-slip carpet overlay to existing surfaces in the path of travel through doors. Replacement of slippery brick pathways with new concrete and alterations to existing pathways.A new concrete parking area close to the schools existing parking area dedicated to the use for the person needing a safe parking position close to the door access where needed. Alterations to an existing toilet cubicle and toilet foyer door access. A full toilet and shower area created with in the staff women’s toilet where the existing shower will be altered to suit this new area. Install of an additional exterior door to the office for the person to access a new path direct to the new parking position created. This highlights the various works confirmed to be included in this Learning Support Modifications Project. All tender documentation and necessary information attached. Contractors MUST visit site for tender to be compliant. Contact School Office to arrange a site visit. Ideally dependent on MoE funding approval this work would start as soon as possible after confirmation provided, however this will be discussed with the successfull contractor and school once funding approvals are confirmed.
