Statement of Work : The Contractor shall provide two (2) Zoll R Series ALS Defibrillators and associated accessories to support emergency and urgent care medical services at the Jicarilla Service Unit. This acquisition ensures staff have access to reliable, advanced life-saving equipment that meets American Heart Association (AHA) 2020 guidelines with the following requirements: R series ALS Defibrillator with necessary accessories (Includes advisory/Defibrillator/Manual/ External Pacing/SpO2/EtCO2/Non-Invasive Blood Pressure Monitoring Capabilities) One-step complete Resuscitation Electrodes, Adult One-step pediatric CPR Resuscitation Electrodes SurePower Rechargeable Lithium-Ion Battery Pack Surepower Single Bay charger Delivery: The contractor shall deliver to the following Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service (IHS) Facility: Jicarilla Service Unit 500 N Mundo Dr Dulce, New Mexico 87528 How to Respond: This is a sources sought notice under the authority of the Buy Indian Act.
