Ansvarlig ressurs skal møte kostnadsfritt i Forsvarsbygg lokaler på Grev Wedels Plass 5, Oslo. Ansvarlig ressurs og minst en kategorileder skal minimum være tilgjengelig 50 % fra 1.10.2025 mens øvrig pådrag og ressurser kan kobles inn fortløpende, dog senest 1.11.2025. Hvis alle opsjoner utløses varer kontrakten ut 2026.
