The pipeline installation starts from • Along Leckie St approximately at the frontage of 47 Leckie St (Kensington Pump Station) manhole to SH1; • Across SH1 from Leckie St to Coopers Lane intersections; • Along Coopers Lane from SH1 to existing manhole (MH181398) at the frontage of 133A King St. The new pipeline will allow Council to meet their specified levels of service, and the performance measures set out below. • Renewed pipeline service life of 100 years. • Protect the health and safety of the community. • Minimise environmental impacts. • Maintain the reliability of the wastewater networks. • Comply with relevant statutes and regulations.
