Glass printers to health trusts in Helse Vest

Tender summary

The objective of the procurement is to enter into framework agreements for glass printers for health trusts in Helse Vest. Thermal printers would also like to enter into an accompanying framework agreement for equipment dependent consumables. The framework agreements will apply for Helse Bergen, Helse Fonna and Helse Førde HF. It is estimated that a total of 14 thermal printers and a total of 10 laser printers shall be purchased during the framework agreement ́s lifetime of 4 years (2 + 1 + 1 years). Helse Bergen HF has estimated a purchase of 8 thermal printers and 8 laser printers during the agreement period. The remaining 6 thermal printers are intended for Helse Fonna HF and Helse Førde HF, while the remaining 2 laser printers are intended for Helse Førde. The latter two companies have the possibility to join the contract through an option. In addition tenders are wanted for instrument dependent consumables (ink band) for thermal printers. The framework agreement for consumables shall be valid for up to a doubling in the estimated volume. There is great uncertainty as to whether Helse Fonna and Helse Førde will use their option to join the agreement and a high maximum volume will form the basis so that these two health authorities have the opportunity to join the agreement. The stated consumption/extent is an estimate for information to the tenderer and is not binding for the future contract volume.
