Read the security requirements noted in the Security Requirements Checklist (Signed SRCL) attached g. Fill out Annex B, Basis of Payment h. Fill out Annex D i. Fill out Attachments 1 -5 to Part 8 j. Return these documents before 1100 hrs Eastern Standard Time (Ottawa) on 20 February 2026 3. Please address all concerns or questions to the undersigned. Note, that not completing any one of the above requirements may result in a non-compliant bid.
