Gemeente Groningen wil een deel van haar vastgoedportefeuille laten inmeten om beter inzicht te krijgen in de omvang van de gebouwen. Dit is noodzakelijk voor onder meer vastgoedbeheer, verduurzamingsplannen en verhuuradministratie. Samenvatting opdracht: • Inmeten van circa 207 objecten: • 179 objecten: BVO-meting; • 28 objecten: BVO- en VVO-meting. • Totale oppervlakte circa 300.000 m² BVO en 43.000 m² VVO. • Normen: Inmeten conform NEN 2580, rapportage conform NTA 2581 (type A meting). • Visualisatie: voor elk object een aanduiding op luchtfoto of situatieschets. Totaal aantal objecten: circa 207 objecten; 179 objecten: uitsluitend BVO-inmeting; Circa 300.000 m² bruto vloeroppervlak (BVO); 28 objecten: zowel BVO- als VVO-inmetingen. Circa 43.000 m² verhuurbaar vloeroppervlak (VVO).
