La présente consultation a pour objet la conclusion d'un marché concernant des prestations de formation effectuées pour le compte de la Chambre de Métiers d'Alsace (CMA). La Chambre de Métiers d'Alsace (CMA) est un organisme de formation (OF) mentionné à la liste prévue par l'article L6351-7-1 code du travail. Dans ce cadre elle entend sous-traiter conformément au décret n°2023-1350 du 28 décembre 2023 une partie des actions de formation qui lui incombent au moyen de la conclusion de marchés publics objet de la présente consultation.
