Předmětem veřejné zakázky je uzavření rámcové dohody ve smyslu § 131 ZZVZ, na jejímž základě budou s jediným vybraným dodavatelem postupem vymezeným v rámcové dohodě uzavírány dílčí smlouvy na dodávky až 122 nových linkových, nízkopodlažních, dvounápravových autobusů s pohonem na motorovou naftu nebo hybridním pohonem (motorová nafta-elektrická energie), max. délka 12,5 m (dále jen „autobus“) do určených míst dodání Zadavatele. Z tohoto množství Zadavatel předpokládá objednávku až 20 ks těchto autobusů ve standardu ROPID pro NAD.
