The Government intends to solicit and contract with only one source JA MOODY LLC, for the AFFF HOSE REEL under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) on a sole source basis. Determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
