Tender summary

ASRC Federal Field Services, LLC (AFFS) is seeking offerors for Removal & Replacement of carpet and rubber wall base, and any incidental work necessary to provide a complete and usable finished product based on the attached Statement of Work (SoW). This proposed contract is anticipated to be issued as a Firm Fixed Price Contract and quotations will be evaluated using Low Cost/Technically acceptable to the Government. The Government/AFFS reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government/AFFS cancels this solicitation, the Government/AFFS has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Site visit will be held on Friday November 14th, 2025 at 10:00 A.M. CST. A Question-and-Answer form will be attached and will need to be used and emailed to betty.kliewer.ctr@us.af.mil and shannon.perry.1.ctr@us.af.mil.
