SPECIFIC PROCUREMENT NOTICE FOR THE PURCHASE OF 85KVA GENERATOR Procurement Method : Shopping The Ministry of Finance and Economic Affairs, Projects Implementation Unit (CPCU), the implementing Agency of The Gambia Resilience, Inclusive, Skills and Equity Project is inviting sealed price quotations from eligible and qualified bidders for the supply and delivery of the stationary materials as seen in Anex 1 Bidding will be conducted through shopping procedures specified in the “World Bank Procurement Regulation for IPF Borrowers, Procurement in Investing Project Financing, Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services” dated September 2023 and the World Bank’s Anti-Corruption Guidelines: “Guidelines on Preventing and Combatting Fraud and Corruption in Projects financed by IBRD Loans and IDA Credits and Grants dated September 2023. You may obtain further information from the PIU, Bertil Harding Hwy. Kotu, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Monday-Thursday) and 8:00 a.m. to 12: 30p.m on Fridays. The bidder shall note that registration with GPPA is a condition precedent as stated in the GPPA 2022. Price quotation will be evaluated base on the most advantageous and substantially responsive to the RFQ, and contract will be awarded to the firm offering the lowest most responsive evaluated quotation. Quotations must be delivered to the address below on 8th May 2026 at 12:30pm. Late quotations will be rejected. Email submission is encouraged.
