Newfoundland and Labrador – Northern (Labrador City, Happy Valley-Goose Bay) 4. Newfoundland and Labrador – Western (Stephenville, St. Anthony, Corner Brook, Springdale, Port aux Basques, Rocky Harbour) 5. Newfoundland and Labrador – Central/Avalon (Clarenville, Gander, Harbour Grace, Placentia, Marystown, Grand Falls-Windsor, St. John’s) 6. Newfoundland and Labrador – St. John’s (exclusively) This Request for Proposal (RFP) will result in the award of one contract per stream, based on the origin of each move.
