Loan No./Credit No./ Grant No.: IDA-6554-UZ and IDA-6555-UZ RFB Reference No.: SWSSP-WS-NCB-4 RB Date of issue: April 29, 2026 “Syrdarya Suv Ta’minoti” JSC has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Water Services and Institutional Support Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Package 4: Construction and Reconstruction of Water Supply Networks and Facilities in Syrdarya district. “Syrdarya Suv Ta’minoti” JSC now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Construction and Reconstruction of Water Supply Networks and Facilities in Syrdarya district. The period for construction works is 23 months . Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procuremen t Regulations for IPF Borrowers” [published May 2004, revised 2019) (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Mr. Shavkat Norkobilov Head of the branch of JSC Uzsuvtaminot PMU of the WB and inspect the bidding document during office hours 09:00 to 17:00 at the address given below item 9. The Bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of US$ 200 or the equivalent in Uzbek soums, according to the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the date of payment.
