The period for construction works is 23 months . Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procuremen t Regulations for IPF Borrowers” [published May 2004, revised 2019) (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Mr. Shavkat Norkobilov Head of the branch of JSC Uzsuvtaminot PMU of the WB and inspect the bidding document during office hours 09:00 to 17:00 at the address given below item 9.
