The requirement includes the rental of a fully furnished, smoke-free, one-bedroom apartment that meets the minimum standards outlined in the attached Solicitation documents. Offerors must review and comply with all details and requirements provided in the Statement of Work (SOW), SF-18, and applicable Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Department of State Acquisition Regulation (DOSAR) clauses. This RFQ does not obligate the U.S. Government to cover any costs associated with preparing your submission. Additionally, the final contract award is contingent upon the availability of funds (SAF).
