The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for Tree Removal Services, Blackwater Dam, Webster, NH. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform tree removal at one (1) location within the Blackwater Dam property. The site consists of approximately 1.75 miles of Chairfactory Road, which is a woods road off Warner Road in Salisbury, NH (See Exhibit A). The work shall include the cutting, chipping, and removal of trees and woody vegetation according to the site location and description. There may be trees that exhibit higher hazard to personnel, property or infrastructure in their condition or precarious location that are included in this work. Work may be in wet areas, on steep slopes and/or uneven terrain, depending on the site conditions. All work shall be completed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561730 with a Small Business Size Standard of $9.5 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED.
