Gegenstand des Prüfungsauftrages ist die ordentliche Prüfung des Jahresabschlusses gemäß den Prüfungsrichtlinien des IDW zur Durchführung der gesetzlichen Abschlussprüfung gem. §§ 316 ff. HGB unter Einbeziehung der zugrundeliegenden Buchführung sowie des Lageberichtes für die Geschäftsjahre 2026, 2027 und 2028 mit einer Option auf Verlängerung um weitere zwei Geschäftsjahre, 2029 und 2030.
