This Request for Expressions of Interest (REOI) is the first stage of a two-stage process. Interested participants are required to complete the Response Form issued with this REOI. A maximum of 5 participants will be shortlisted and will be invited to respond to a Request for Proposal. Full details of the project and the required format for your response are provided in the Request for Expressions of Interest (REOI), attached. If you intend to participate in this REOI, please submit your completed Participant Acknowledgement Form (attached) by email to the REOI contact person by Friday 14th November 2025. Your completed Response must be submitted electronically to the GETS electronic tender box by Monday 24th November 2025 2 p.m. (NZT).
