The Contract Works required are for the construction of a new Outdoor Learning Area attached to Block 1 involving constructing a new raised concrete floor, timber framed CFC lined walls & extending the roof line to match existing. Installation of new aluminium sliding doors, ziptrack blinds, access ramps, concrete steps & door modifications at Mount Biggs School. All tender documentation and necessary information attached. PLEASE ALSO NOTE:- a quote has been provided for exterior blinds for the new Outdoor Learning Area. You will need to contact the manufacturer to ensure the quote is still valid and the costs need to be included in your final overall tender submission. Contractors MUST visit site for tender to be compliant. Contact School Office to arrange a site visit. Ideally dependent on MoE funding approval this work would start as soon as possible after confirmation provided, however this will be discussed with the successfull contractor and school once funding approvals are confirmed.
