The supplier will manage warranties and guarantees, coordinate inspections, maintenance, and access, and deliver asset condition reports. The economic benefit to New Zealand is the positive impact that this investment has on New Zealand businesses. What we require from a Respondent: The high-level: • track record - We are seeking Respondents that have past and current experience providing portfolio based residential property maintenance services. • Capability - We are seeking Respondents that understand the property market and vacant residential property management, can manage confidential property data, and operate within Health and Safety compliance frameworks. • Capacity - We are seeking Respondents that can resource the role, coordinate services across New Zealand and have a well-established network of subcontractors. • Solution - We are looking for a service solution that can adapt to expanding and contracting volumes of work, with consistency of service at a competitive price. • Economic Benefit - We are seeking Respondents that can demonstrate their sub-contractor bases are New Zealand (and/or Australian) businesses.
