The National Health Support Program-Punjab now invited seals bids from eligible bidders for the ‘’Procurement of Non-Consultancy Services for Communication awareness and seminars, conferences, interactive sessions etc.’’ Bidding will be conducted through Open National Competitive Procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. Bids will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation process set out in the bidding documents. Least Cost Selection Method shall be applied for evaluation. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from PMU-NHSP-Punjab, 05-Montgomery Road, Lahore during the office hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. email: ps.nhsp@punjab.gov.pk. The RFB document in English may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of written application to the address below and upon payment of non-refundable fees (in cash) of PKR 2500/- The bidder can download the Criteria & TORs from the website of Health & population Department (www.pshealth.punjab.gov.pk). The purchase slip of RFB is mandatory. All Bids must be accomplished by 01 % Bid security of the estimated cost. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 05-Montgomery Road, Lahore on or before 10th June 2026 till 14:00 hrs . The bids received till stipulated date & time shall be opened on the same day at 02:30 PM Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. The outer Bid envelopes marked “Original Bid”, and the inner envelopes marked “Technical Part” will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address mentioned above. All envelopes marked “Second Envelope: Financial Part” shall remain unopened and will be held in safe custody of the Procuring Agency until the second public opening. In case of any public holiday on last date of submission of bids, the next working day shall be considered for the submission & opening of bids at the same time and place.
