Numar zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor: 18 zile. Entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare in a 13-a zi inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Entitatea contractanta isi rezerva dreptul de a nu raspunde la clarificari privind documentatia de atribuire, transmise ulterior datelor precizate mai sus, indiferent de subiectul acestor clarificari.
