This requirement is being solicited unrestricted and evaluated for award via FAR Part 15 procedures. The resulting contract type will be firm-fixed-price for a period of 5 years, including one 1-year base period, four 1-year option periods, having an ultimate completion date of December 31, 2030 should all option periods be exercised.
