The Adamawa State Adolescent Girls’ Initiative for Learning and Empowerment Project (AGILE) now invite sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the procurement of the following Item : Item Description/ Identification of Items Required Qty Bid Security Declaration Delivery Period Locations 1. All in One Desktop, Core i3 Pentium, 1TB, 4GB RAM 1,075 90 Days after Signing of Contract Agreement 43 Selected Senior Secondary School within Adamawa State 3. “Bidding will be conducted through Open National Competitive Procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers”, 7th edition, September 2025, available on www.worldbank.org/en/programs/project-procurement/framework and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.". 4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Adamawa State AGILE Project Implementation Unit and inspect the bidding document during office hours [ 8.00 am to 4.00 pm Mondays to Fridays, except on public holidays] at the address given below. 5. The bidding document in the English Language may be purchased by interested Bidders at the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of One Hundred Thousand (NGN 100,000.00) Naira only. Bids must be delivered to the address below not later than 12:00 p.m. local time on or before July 10th 2026 . Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on August 6th 2026, at 13:00 p.m. local time. 7. All Bids must be accompanied by a “Bid-Securing Declaration,” duly signed by the bidder’s legal representative as required in the bidding document 8.
