The Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation, and Communications (MDDIC) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the supply, delivery, installation, configuration, and commissioning of hardware, software and system for the Public Cyber Security Incident Response Team (PCSIRT), as well as strengthening national capacity to respond cyber incidents and attacks at the national level, and comprises of two lots: Lot 1: Supply of hardware and software licenses for the Public Computer Security Incident Response Team; Lot 2: Enhancement of capacity to respond to national-level cyber-attacks. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers”, February 2025, and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
