Summary
De Belastingdienst heeft een bestaande overeenkomst (UiPath) voor haar huidige Process Mining Capability (PMC), waar Douane ook gebruik van maakt. Deze overeenkomst loopt ten einde en kent vanwege het on-premise karakter enige beperkingen in functionaliteit. Douane heeft zodoende behoefte aan een Cloud oplossing voor Process Mining. Deze is, en komt niet op korte termijn, beschikbaar binnen de IV-organisatie van de Belastingdienst en dus wordt deze specifiek voor de Douane verworven.
