Tender summary

This procedure concerns the supply of maintenance and optimization services for the Radio Frequency Power System for the Linear IFMIF Prototype Accelerator part of the IFMIF/EVEDA project. The scope of the work includes the procurement of spare parts and the supporting services to ensure the availability and the maintainability of the RFPS system and the study and improvement of new functionalities The scope of supply includes the delivery of hardware (i.e., spare parts, new developments) and associated software as well the needed maintenance services which encompass project management and engineering support services. The scope of supply also covers the provision of services in the areas of software, control, gateware, hardware and operation support in order to adapt the functionalities of the RFPS to the requirements of the accelerator operation. The tasks described above can be developed either entirely in IFERC site at Rokkasho (Onsite Support), in the Supplier’s premises (Remote Support), or as a combination of both (development at premises and later services onsite including installation, commissioning, training, operation)
