Řešení jako funkční celek obsahuje hardware („HW“) i software („SW“), jejichž specifikace je uvedena v příloze č. 4 ZD („Řešení“), udělení licencí k používání Řešení, a poskytování dalších s tím spojených a v příloze č. 1 ZD vymezených služeb, včetně služeb technické podpory a služeb rozvoje řešení.
