Summary
The scope of this Call for Tenders is the insurance services for the EIB new office building on the campus of the European Investment Bank in Luxembourg. This is a two-step competitive procedure with negotiation. The required insurance is a Decennial (RCD) Insurance for a total estimated period of 120 months. The building is designed to accommodate up to 1,500 workstations with a constructed surface of 63,680 m2. The Decennial (RCD) insurance contract is intended to be awarded as a single contract with multiple insurers covering portions of the contract. This tender is divided into 2 lots: Lot 1 – Lead insurer (minimum capacity is 15 %); Lot 2 – Co-insurers (minimum capacity is 2.5 %).
