This Request for Proposal (RFP) is the second step in a two-stage procurement process. In this second step, Respondents who are listed on the MBIE All of Government Construction Consultancy Services (AOG) panel are invited to submit a Response for the Burwood Satellite Radiation Oncology Project – Structural Services contract opportunity. Structural Services (Struct Services), for this project, comprises of the following combined disciplines under one contract: i. Structural Engineering ii. Seismic & Non-Structural Elements Engineering iii. Geotechnical Engineering iv. Civil Engineering v. Topographical Surveying (includes confirming existing drain inverts @ manholes) vi. Environmental Engineering (includes contaminated land, erosion and sediment control, provision of project specific EMP. This is a closed competitive proposal process to organisations on the AOG panel. Definitions used for this tender are defined in the Section 6: RFP Process, Terms and Conditions (RFP-Terms). This design may be used as the basis for the design of other Radiation Oncology facilities around New Zealand.
