This track caters to families, school groups and other trampers. The purpose of this procurement is to build and replace two glue laminated timber pedestrian bridges on the Holdsworth loop - Atiwhakatu Track (Tech Objects 200051087 - 200051179). The work required includes: • Dismantle and removal of the old bridges. • Construction of the replacement Glulam bridges. • Construction of foundations and abutments. • Installation of the replacement Glulam bridges. • Minor track surfacing work in the vicinity of the bridge approaches on both sides of the bridge (if required). A mandatory pre-tender meeting will be held with the Department. The purpose of this briefing is to discuss the Department’s requirements and provide a forum for questions and answers. Should a tenderer not attend the meeting then its tender will be deemed non-conforming.
