Pour répondre au besoin du Cirad de continuité de l'offre de formation pour les managers, quel que soit leur niveau hiérarchique, le Cirad souhaite maintenir dans le futur dispositif 2 cursus principaux, constituant la formation principale à suivre pour les nouveaux managers ou ceux ne s'étant pas formés depuis longtemps : - Cursus n° 1 : Manager une Direction - Cursus n° 2 : Manager une Équipe En complément, le Cirad souhaite mettre en oeuvre des modules thématiques courts d'une demi-journée (0,5 jour) à une journée (1 jour). Ces modules permettent d'approfondir certains sujets spécifiques et prennent la forme d'ateliers participatifs animés par un formateur
