La présente consultation a pour objet la fourniture de ressources documentaires pour les besoins de la Médiathèque départementale de Seine-et-Marne. La consultation donnera lieu à la conclusion d’accords-cadres mono-attributaires sauf en ce qui concerne le lot 6 - Vidéogrammes qui sera multi attributaires, conclu avec 3 opérateurs économiques maximum.
