Summary
DFØ skal inngå avtale med én leverandør om et forfatterverktøy for utvikling av e-læringsinnhold. Verktøyet skal støtte produksjon av pedagogisk tilpasset opplæring for ulike målgrupper og fagområder, og muliggjøre eksport til SCORM og HTML for bruk i DFØs eksisterende plattformer. Løsningen skal ikke inkludere læringsplattformer (LMS).
