The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of M2000,00. The method of payment is cash and will be receipted by the Financial Management Specialist, at Planning Office No. 263, Second Floor. The document will be shared by email or collected in hard copy from the Project Administrator’s Office, Finance House, First Floor, Office no: 1002. from 0800hrs to 1600hrs. Bids must be delivered in hard copies (1 original and 5 hard copies) to the address below on or before May 26, 2026. at 2:00pm (SAST). Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Ten-Thousand Maloti (M10,000.00).
