REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST (INDIVIDUAL CONSULTING SERVICES) Country: Pakistan Name of Project: Getting Results: Access and Delivery of quality Education Services in Punjab (GRADES-P) Programme Monitoring & Implementation Unit (PMIU), School Education Department, Government of the Punjab is implementing the “Getting Results: Access and Delivery of quality Education Services in Punjab (GRADES-P)” project with the assistance of the World Bank for Improvement of educational outcomes which remains a crucial way for Punjab to build human capital. The Project aims to increase girls’ and boys’ participation rates in pre-primary to elementary grades and enhance reading proficiency in primary grades of Punjab’s public schools. GRADES-P now invites experienced candidates having relevant qualification and experience to indicate their interest in providing the services: Sr. No Post Qualification and Experience Required: No. of Post 1 Training & Monitoring Coordinator Qualifications Master's Degree (at least sixteen (16) years of education) in Education, Social Sciences, Statistics, Public Policy, Development Studies, or a related field. A degree with specialization in Education Management, Monitoring & Evaluation, or Educational Assessment would be accorded more weightage. Experience At least five (05) years of verifiable professional experience in monitoring and evaluation, programme management, or education sector project implementation with national or international organizations/institutes. Demonstrated experience in monitoring teacher training programmes, professional development initiatives, or education sector field activities. Familiarity with formative assessment systems, learning recovery frameworks, and teacher continuous professional development programmes is an advantage. Excellent report-writing skills and ability to communicate monitoring findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. 01 The detailed TORs can be downloaded from https://www.pesrp.edu.pk/procurement. The selection will be made in accordance with the Open Competitive Selection of Individual Consultants of World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers”, dated September 2023. The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Section III, paragraphs, 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated September 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest. Interested candidates should submit the Expression of Interest with Curriculum Vitae (CV), copies of educational degrees, certificates, experience certificates, and CNIC by June 03, 2026 till 5:00 PM.
