Många av försörjningssystemen behöver ses över och bytas ut. Samtliga discipliner kommer ses över och i viss omfattning bytas ut eller kompletteras enligt AFB.22 handling 11.1. Åtgärder för VVS, El och Tele, Elkraft och SÖE samt Bygg ska tas fram i samarbete och genomföras med hjälp av redan upphandlade projektörer.
