We want to partner with specialist Facilities Maintenance (FM) service providers that deliver both FM renewal / refurbishment and facilities trade services using an efficient methodology that is consistent with good industry practice. We are wanting to establish a panel of contractors to provide these services to Council. The panel will be made up of two Categories Group A – Turnkey & Category B “Pilot” – Microenterprises.
