Summary
Canada is seeking to establish a contract for Partner, Senior Auditor and Junior Auditor to perform an Assessment on the Design and operating Effectiveness of the Information Technology General Controls (ITGCs) for the information systems listed below based on a previously identified listing of key ITGCs associated with these systems. The assessment must include the following areas: program development, program changes, Access to programs and data, and computer operations. The evaluations of the ITGCs would consider third-party services such as Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), SharedServices Canada (SSC) and Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) as they relate to the in-scope information systems identified below. The information systems to be evaluated are: ? ITAS (Integrated Time Accounting System); ? Human Resource Information System (HRIS); ? Licensing Operations User Integrated System (LOUIS); and ? Phoenix (controls under CNSC responsibility) ? SAP (controls under CNSC responsibility)
