New notice - General consumables for pathology by the health companies in Helse Vest RHF

Tender summary

NB! This is a new notice for a cancelled tender contest with the same name. A framework agreement shall be signed for a total of 18 sub-contracts. NB: It is not divided up into sub-contracts in Mercell, so that a total tender shall only be submitted for the relevant sub-contracts. Tenderers can submit tenders for one, several or all sub-contracts. See Annex 1 - Tender Letter for further instructions. The contract is for the delivery of different types of consumables for pathological departments at different health companies in Helse Vest RHF. The sub-contracts cover a broad range of consumables used in pathology departments, including knife blades and microtome knives, cassettes and accessories for tissue samples, marking pens, object glass and cover glass, as well as consumables for printers and freezer sections. The products shall be used for preparing, marking, storing and analysing tissue samples, both for routine diagnostics and special examinations. A framework agreement shall be signed for a total of 18 sub-contracts. The consumption is estimated in Annex 1 - Price Form. The contracting authority has given an estimate of the annual consumption, but will not be obligated given an estimate. In order to cover any increased need in the coming years, the estimated consumption could be increased by up to 50%. If different varieties of one product are requested (e.g. "multiple colours"), tenderers must enclose the different article numbers in separate product lines at the relevant point in the price form.
