HDC is seeking an experienced developer to purchase our Site and deliver a high-quality medium density residential development. We are not looking for theoretical or speculative proposals. Respondents will need to demonstrate an understanding of HDC’s requirements and a plan to deliver on these. They will need to demonstrate their ability to deliver a high quality medium density residential development aligned with HDC’s Development Objectives. HDC is not interested in joint ventures with developers for this opportunity – we are looking for a developer to purchase and develop the site as a high-quality medium density residential development. We will not consider proposals where there is clear "land banking". We will however accepted staged development proposals where appropriate.
