Tender summary
De stad Oostende wenst het huidige stadhuis om te vormen tot één centraal administratief centrum (AC) dat alle dienstverlening aan haar +/- 72.500 inwoners centraliseert. Om van de plek ook een publieke trekpleister te maken, wil het stadsbestuur hier tevens een nieuw maritiem museum huisvesten. Tegelijk moet de publieke ruimte rondom vergroend en heraangelegd worden. Om het hele project te verankeren in de stad wenst de opdrachtgever voorafgaandelijk een toekomstvisie te laten opmaken voor een groene stadsfoyer. De stad Oostende voorziet voor dit project een budget van € 43.200.000 excl. btw en erelonen.
