The proposed contract action is to provide non-personal professional INPATIENT UNIT  REGISTERED NURSE SERVICES FOR THE HOPI HEALTH CARE CENTER (HHCC) LOCATED IN POLACCA, ARIZONA in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). Period of Performance – Estimated base period of 1 December 2025 thru 30 November 2026. Place of Performance: HOPI HEALTH CARE CENTER P.O. BOX 4000 HWY 264, MILE MARKER 388 POLACCA, ARIZONA 86042 The FAR provisions  52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition.
