Im Schulzentrum in Brilon, bestehend aus der Heinrich-Lübke-Schule (HLS) und dem Gymnasium Petrinum (PET), wurde eine Schadstoffbelastung (PCB, KMF) festgestellt, woraufhin ein Konzept aus Teilsanierung, Teilrückbau und Teilneubau entwickelt wurde.
