The site was acquired from the Hawke’s Bay A & P Society Limited (Society) in 2023. HDC is seeking a suitably qualified consultant or consortium to undertake this project to develop a Master Plan to provide a strategic and operational blueprint for the future development, use, and management of the Showgrounds. It will align with Council’s goals, support the role of the Tōmoana Showgrounds Charitable Trust, and reflect the needs of key stakeholders and the wider community HDC values proven capability in delivering complex master planning processes that include mana whenua and community voices. The successful respondent will demonstrate experience in infrastructure planning, stakeholder engagement, and producing actionable implementation roadmaps Please use the Response form(s) provided.
