Summary

Tradebroker shall, on behalf of its member companies, enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer for the delivery of IT equipment and accompanying services. The agreement shall cover a broad spectrum of IT equipment, including associated software licences and maintenance agreements. The tenderer shall also be able to offer consultancy services and relevant additional services connected to the equipment. Tenderers shall have a good e-commerce system with electronic message exchange. A catalogue in the EHF format, as well as a punch-out system in accordance with the OCI standard, shall be offered as a minimum for e-commerce solutions. Tenderers shall also offer a functional self-service system for handling a client as a service where call-offs are handled by the employee. Client as a service shall be provided as a minimum with an Asset Management system and the possibility for financing. Tradebrokers members shall have the possibility to order products as needed, and from the tenderer ́s total product range. Orders shall be placed through the supplier ́s channels such as internet shop, product catalogues, telephone numbers and e-mails. The internet shop shall contain a broad range of products within IT equipment with product descriptions, pictures and prices. The tenderer is expected to provide, among other things, standard IT equipment, clients, server, backup, data centre, network, storage and firewall. Some products will be subject to special security requirements, including origin and transport requirements. Tenderers must be able to comply with these requirements. Some member companies may have separate framework agreements for parts of the IT category. This shall not limit the use of this framework agreement or affect the agreed mark-up model.
