Summary
Health/E25-265571 The Department of Health, Disability and Ageing is seeking to engage a qualified and experienced Service Provider (ITSD Partner) to deliver Managed IT Service Desk (ITSD) within a complex multi vendor environment (MVE). The ITSD Partner will be responsible for providing Level 1 support services, acting as the first point of contact for IT related incidents and service requests. The services will be delivered in alignment with the Department’s Service Integration and Management (SIAM) model and will support a multi-channel communication approach including phone, email, web-chat and self service portals.
