The Human Capital Investment Project, Elementary & Secondary Education Department, Govt: of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa through Executive Engineer C&W Building Division Abbottabad has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Human Capital Investment Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for civil works: PACKAGE 01 TO PACKAGE 05. 2. The Human Capital Investment Project, Elementary & Secondary Education Department, Govt: of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa through Executive Engineer C&W Building Division Abbottabad now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for multiple Bids for the Reconstruction/Rehabilitation of flood 2022 Affected Schools (Phase-1) under KP-HCIP in District Abbottabad. The time duration of each contract is 9 months. 3. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank's Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers March 2018 (Procurement Regulations) and is open to all Bidders at defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Office of the Executive Engineer C&W Building Division Abbottabad. E-mail: cwd.abbottabad@gmail.com and inspect the bidding document during office hours (9.00 AM to 5:00 PM) Monday to Friday, at the address given below. 5. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of PKR 7000/- for each Package. The method of payment will be cash payment, the document can be obtained from the Executive Engineer C&W Building Division Abbottabad address given below. 6. Bids must be delivered to the address below as per the schedule mentioned in the table below. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected.
