Le présent appel à candidatures a pour objectif de connaitre les candidats en capacité de fournir les prestations suivants : Lot 1 : Fourniture de cartes carburant y compris GNV Lot 2 : Fourniture de cartes de recharges pour véhicules électriques Lot 3 : Fourniture de badges de télépéage et d’accès à des parkings Lot 4 : Fourniture de cartes pour le lavage des véhicules Pour l’ensemble de ces lots, une solution paramétrable prévenant la fraude ainsi que la gestion et le suivi des consommations devra être proposée. Les documents à remettre au titre de la candidature sont les suivants : - FORMULAIRE DC1 DUMENT COMPLETE OU EQUIVALENT - FORMULAIRE DC2 DUMENT COMPLETE OU EQUIVALENT - ASSURANCE DE RESPONSABILITE CIVILE PROFESSIONNELLE COUVRANT LES ACTIVITES PROFESSIONNELLES EN RAPPORT AVEC L’OBJET DU SYSTEME DE QUALIFICATION - LES DOCUMENTS PREVUS AUX ARTICLES D.8222-5 OU D.8222-7 ET D.8222-8 DU CODE DU TRAVAIL - LES ATTESTATIONS ET CERTIFICATS DELIVRES PAR LES ADMINISTRATIONS ET ORGANISMES COMPETENT PROUVANT QUE LE CANDIDAT A SATISFAIT A SES OBLIGATIONS SOCIALES ET FISCALES - Un arrêté ministériel fixe la liste des administrations et organismes compétents ainsi que la liste des impôts et cotisations sociales devant donner lieu à délivrance du certificat - Le candidat établi à l’étranger produit un certificat établi par les administrations et organismes de son pays d’origine ou d’établissement. - LE CAS ECHEANT, COPIE DU OU DES JUGEMENTS PRONONCES AU TITRE D’UN REDRESSEMENT JUDICIAIRE (accompagnée d’une traduction si le candidat n’est pas établi en France) - EVOLUTION DU CA SUR 3 ANS (2022 – 2023 – 2024) - EVOLUTION DU RESULTAT BRUT D’EXPLOITATION SUR 3 ANS (2022 – 2023 – 2024) - PRESENTATION DE L’ENTREPRISE ET DES MOYENS HUMAINS QUI SERONT UTILISES POUR LA BONNE REALISATION DE LA PRESTATION (EFFECTIF TOTAL, EFFECTIFS INTERNES, EXTERNES, EFFECTIF TOTAL EN LIEN AVEC LE MARCHE)
